Sample answer 1

Background

  • Health is the vital part of person’s life. In a broad term health can be defined as a complete physical, mental and social well-being.
  • Investing in health in terms of money or time should be the first priority if  we want to live happily through our life.  .
  • Unfortunately, in recent times, people have stopped thinking about their health. They spend little time to get healthy.
  • In a sense, we can say that people are dying more and living less.

What you do

  • To avoid this, we ought to do something healthy regularly.
  • Plenty of options are available if someone wants to remain fit and healthy even for the people who are having busy schedule. But people have their own comfort zone which does not allow them to work on their health.
  • I was nothing different and always having this excuse of a hectic schedule.
  • But then I came to know about swimming which you can do without compromising on your time.
  • So, I started swimming.

Where you do it? And who you do it with?

  • I have joined one of the lavish and convenient clubs in my hometown where they provide swimming facilities at a very reasonable rate.
  • Now I am a permanent member.
  • When I started swimming, I was the only one from my area. Still no one comes from my society.
  • However, I came in touch with so many good people at the location.
  • We do plenty of swimming together.

And explain why you think doing this is healthy?

  • Swimming is the best exercise among all other to be fit.
  • Other exercises such as going to Jim and doing plenty of weight lifting or push ups only work on some part of the body. Swimming, on the other hand, works on the whole body.
  • Apart from that, it is quite refreshing to do swimming.
  • I usually go there in the evening.
  • When I go there I am completely exhausted due to heavy work load. But, after 15 minutes of swimming I get new freshness.
  • For me swimming is a complete package of exercise, refreshment and leisure activity.
  • I try to persuade so many people to go for swimming to remain fit.

  • In this hustle and bustle of life sometimes we forget about the very important personal care and that might invite numerous diseases in our life. So it would be better if take care of ourselves.
  • And I think I am enough concerned about doing something healthy like having good diet and regular exercises.
  • But, the problem is, it is really arduous to enjoy the life enough unless we also enjoy doing healthy and something beneficial from time to time.
  • Of course, different people enjoy doing different kinds of healthy activities, but as far as I am concerned, my choice is walking.
  • I enjoy doing long walk twice a day which I think more adequate for me.
  • In fact, walking was one of my most favorite hobbies when I was growing up as a child as I would hardly let any day pass by during the summertime without a walk
  • One of the greatest advantages of living in the rural area is adequate space for every work. My country is having natural farms, greenery, and open shores of river where you can walk without any disturbance from honking of vehicles.
  • When I was growing up as a child, I used to enjoy walking just for the fun of it, but today, I do walking because it helps me remain healthy physically and mentally.
  • Besides, these days, I walk mostly in local gardens of the city, in which I live now; it doesn’t have many natural open spaces for people where they would be able to enjoy walking and other activities better.
  • Anyway, I enjoy this healthy activity with couple of other friends, and I do this every day early before dawn and later in the evening with my sister if no one from  my friends is available.
  • By the way, I am trying to walk as much as possible in order to make my body more sweat.
  • In my view this is funny healthy activity for anyone who is interested to do.
  • I think that walking is a healthy activity because it forces each and every part of our bodies to get engaged perfectly.
  • Besides, it also helps me get relaxed after burden of work by allowing me to forget about the worries of my daily life for a while and enjoy the life.
