Sample answer
Background
I live in the small town in the northern part of Gujarat where we normally have three seasons namely winter, summer and monsoon. The weather remains serene and peaceful in all the seasons. However, in the monsoon, the weather becomes the prettiest one. Specifically the weather just after the rain stopped.
Where you were on this day?
I have special affection for monsoon and I plan a trip to country side on several occasions in monsoon. On this particular occasion I happened to be at the farm house of one of my friends. Weather at this place gives you the feeling of heaven if the rain has just stopped.
What the weather was like on this day?
There had been raining whole night and the rain just stopped. The country side of my home town is serene and freshening in the normal days. So it was beyond one’s imagination to feel how it is in monsoon.
There were only clouds and no sun. The cool wind was breezing. It was a morning time and we all were fresh. And the freshness has doubled with this heavenly environment.
What you did during the day?
Most of the morning we just strode here and there. It was very nice experience to walk on wet sand. We had our dinner in the afternoon after that all the friends had taken a nap. But that nap tuned almost into sleep. We slept for 4 hour or you can say whole afternoon. In the evening we played volleyball. It was really nice experience to play volleyball in such a nice environment.
And explain why you thought the weather was perfect on this day?
I cannot say for all people that the weather was perfect. There are plenty of people out there who do not enjoy or like this sort of weather. But for me it was the most perfect weather. I enjoy rainy seasons the most. And I go mad at the time when the rain just sops. So it was a great enjoyment for me.
But even for the people who don’t like rainy seasons it could be the perfect weather for myriad reasons. First of all the wind cleared the pollution and the rain washes away most germs and bacteria from the atmosphere. So the people can have fresh air and germ free environment.
There are very few people and vehicles on the road on this kind of weather. Together with that we are in the country side. So I cannot imagine more perfect weather than this.
