The world as a global village always has two parts, developing countries and developed countries. So it often argued whether richer. Countries should help to the poor countries through the essential stuffs however it is responsibility of the government to take care the needs like food or education of their citizens. As per my perspective, both affluent countries as well as government should help to improve the condition of poor nation.
To embark with, affluent nations should help to the poor countries as it is not able to improve its condition by investing too much amount hence it might be for the undeveloped country if richer countries help them through the food or educations which are essential for the life of people. Moreover, if this phenomenon will happen then the distance can be bridged between the two countries which are beneficial for their growth as well as to make respect all over the world.
On the flip side, government should look after their citizen as it is the responsibility to improve the primary facilities like schools, hospitals and grains to eat. Government should spend more on this rather than other parts like in politics, in recent time government focus more on the parties of election and getting votes as compared to the basic needs of person because votes cannot fill the hungriness so government should provide some machines or establish some companies in ruler area to farm grains which enhance the economy of nation and make better condition of the country.
