To what extent do you think laws are needed to make people recycle more of their waste?

Nowadays, pollution is became big problem of modern world. Global warming is proof this notion. Technological globe is searching new technologies for overcoming problem of pollution. One of them is recycling. Some people think that government should make laws which push the people for recycling of their waste from homes.
On the other hand, if government makes any law for recycling waste products of homes, local people will have fear for avoiding recycle then fear lead to more recycling of all waste products which are produces from houses. At the end, the people will avoid use of products which are responsible for harming nature and also due to recycling of waste things. The amount of pollutants will decrease.
Moreover, local people will give more attention toward recycling of waste products due to the pressure of law so that government will not need to spend more money in the programs and other things which are organized for encouraging people toward recycle own waste products. At the end government can spend money on other country’s problems.
On the other hand, there are many laws which are responsible for maintaining peace in world. However many people are not take seriously and break the rules. So that if government make law for recycling. It does not necessary that law will be followed by all people so that for encouraging recycle method, government need to provide education for recycling method as well as provide information about adverse effect of pollution on the world which can be encouraged to people for recycling.
Overall, according to my perspective, for encouraging recycle method, government should make law as well as provide education so that many people can take seriously and perform recycle method.
